The MySEEU mobile app serves as the official platform for academic and administrative information at Southeast European University, catering specifically to its student body.

Designed with security in mind, MySEEU enables students to access their academic records and administrative details seamlessly. Users can conveniently download their financial balance and personal transcripts, as well as select their preferred method of notification regarding account issues—choosing between email, mobile alerts, or both.

The app also offers various electronic services, such as schedule information, monitoring of electronic attendance, and the ability to submit requests for internet access from mobile devices.

Navigation within the app is streamlined with three tabs positioned at the bottom of the screen.

Upon successfully signing in, students are directed to the Home screen, which displays their schedule for the day, the latest news, and their subscriptions. Additionally, this screen features Notification updates and an option to Sign out.

The Services screen presents an array of features including:

1. Transcript: View and download student transcripts.
2. Schedule: Access and download class schedules.
3. Attendance: Monitor weekly and semester attendance records.
4. Exams: View information regarding the latest exam terms.
5. Finances: Review tuition fees (invoices) and payments.
6. My Library: Manage library loans and holds.
7. Subscriptions: Manage subscriptions to various notification channels.
8. Graduation: Access graduation requests and certificate information.
9. WiFi Request: Request WiFi access via mobile devices.
10. SEEU Contacts: Search for contact details of academic and administrative staff (including phone numbers, building locations, and email addresses).

The More screen provides options for students to view their profile, verify their phone number—an essential step for password recovery via SMS—and access 'Contact Us' functionality. Additionally, students can view a list of enrolled study programs and check available licenses eligible for free usage. The Settings screen allows users to filter incoming news notifications, change the user interface language, and modify their passwords as needed.
